Waiting in line...

So I have this pet peeve about people who allow others to cut in line. I don't know why and I never say anything about it but because of this, I make it a rule not to cut in line. No matter what, even if I'm meeting someone at a restaurant and they get there first and are ahead of me in line. That's where this story starts. I'm meeting a buddy at Chipotle where there is always a good size line but the line moves quickly. They roll those giant burritos pretty quick. He text's me that he is already there so I text him back to wait for me before he gets in line cause I won't cut. I get there and he waits and is like, WTF dude. I explained and right then, the gal in front of us allowed a person to cut. I gave him a look like, isn't that slightly annoying? So as we chat someone else that the gal in front of us knew got to the restaurant but she did the right thing and decided to drop back to where that person was in line. I thought, this is karma! We just jumped up two spots! We waited some more and as we approached this older couple they were apparently waiting for someone and waved us by, two more spots! I know I'm crazy but it's funny how the universe helps instill the value in the odd little rules we live by. It certainly made my day.

It's almost September?!

So I wanted to make sure I put a blog up before August was done and here it is. I completed my first Fantasy Football draft yesterday. We grabbed Maurice Jones-Drew with our first pick and think the team turned out pretty solid. Next Friday will be my second and final draft, these things are tiresome but it's a great time and adds so much to watching the games. Here is the board from the first draft.
